How To Become A Personal Trainer
01/03/2011 09:02 am by adminAs soon as my children were old enough, they left home and this prompted me to do something with the years I had left. Going back to my last job appealed, however, it would take up too much of my time. Reading about exercises I came across an advert about courses in personal training. I knew that I could do the course, when I signed up at my local gymnasium and had a whale of a time. The fat had began to drop off when I started exercising every day. With all this new found drive, I was raring to go.
To become a personal trainer just takes dedication, thats all. As long as you can boost others and have plenty of enthusiasm. Every month there was a course happening, just 30 miles away from my home town. I hurriedly enrolled and really enjoyed the lessons. I passed and achieved the qualification. Age was no problem even though I was the oldest in the class. The next step was to discover premises to put my brand new skills into practise. Being a personal coach is excellent, think confidently, go for it, everyone will benefit.
